  • After the live ends and VIPs shop first, remaining items are added to the website

We go live every Thursday at 7 PM CST inside our private Facebook group.

What Happens During the Live

  • Ally tries on every item

  • Fit, stretch, and sizing details are shared

  • Each item is labeled with a number

  • To claim, comment: item number + size + email

    • Example: #3 Medium email

After the live ends, your cart will be invoiced through Shopify.

🛒 How Claims Work

  • Commenting “sold” with your size + email claims the item

  • Claims are first-come, first-served

  • Invoices must be paid by Friday at 8 PM CST (within ~24 hours of invoice being sent)

  • Unpaid carts will be released to the next shopper in line

🌅 The Morning After the Live

All remaining items will be posted on our main Facebook page, Truly Yours Boutique, by 10 AM Friday.

📦 Shipping & Local Pickup Info

  • $7 flat-rate shipping on all orders

  • Orders ship out by the following Monday

📍 Local Pickup (Available for Locals in Henderson or Jackson) 

Local pickup is available for customers in the area who select Local Pickup at checkout.

How Local Pickup Works

  • When your order is ready, Shopify will send you an automatic pickup notification

  • The message will let you know your order is ready and provide instructions to coordinate pickup

  • You’ll be asked to text Ally directly to arrange a pickup time and location

Pickup locations are coordinated week by week and may vary depending on availability. Ally is happy to meet around town when possible and will confirm details directly with you!

Local pickup must be arranged through private message. Orders without pickup coordination will default to shipping.

⏱ Order Processing Timeline

All orders placed during the live sale will ship by the following Monday.
This allows time to process payments, pack orders carefully, and ensure everything is perfect.
