Local Pickup

Truly Yours Boutique offers local pickup for customers in the area.

• Local pickup orders will usually be ready by Friday afternoon following Thursday night live sales or within 2–4 business days for website orders
• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup
• Pickup details will be coordinated via message or email

Pickup Window & Unclaimed Orders

• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of being marked ready
• Reminder messages may be sent during the pickup window
• If an order is not picked up within 7 days, the order will not be canceled

Instead, one of the following will apply:
• The customer may choose to pay shipping for the order to be shipped
• Shipping costs must be paid before the order is shipped
• Items will remain on hold until pickup or shipping is arranged

Important Notes

• Pickup is by coordination only
• Please bring your order confirmation at pickup
• Once an order is picked up or shipped, it is considered fulfilled
