Local Pickup

Truly Yours Boutique offers local pickup for customers in the area.

β€’ Local pickup orders will usually be ready by Friday afternoon following Thursday night live sales or within 2–4 business days for website orders
β€’ Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup
β€’ Pickup details will be coordinated via message or email


Pickup Window & Unclaimed Orders

β€’ Orders must be picked up within 7 days of being marked ready
β€’ Reminder messages may be sent during the pickup window
β€’ If an order is not picked up within 7 days, the order will not be canceled

Instead, one of the following will apply:
β€’ The customer may choose to pay shipping for the order to be shipped
β€’ Shipping costs must be paid before the order is shipped
β€’ Items will remain on hold until pickup or shipping is arranged


Important Notes

β€’ Pickup is by coordination only
β€’ Please bring your order confirmation at pickup
β€’ Once an order is picked up or shipped, it is considered fulfilled
