When do new arrivals drop?
New arrivals launch every Thursday at 7 PM CST during our live try-on inside our private Facebook group.
Early access members in Truly Yours Boutique Exclusives get first pick — items are shown, tried on, and available to claim during the live.
✨ Anything left is posted to our website AND main Facebook page Saturday mornings so everyone who missed the live (or couldn’t decide fast enough 😅) can shop too!

Do you offer returns or refunds?
We offer exchanges or store credit only (store credit never expires).
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–4 business days with standard shipping.
How do I know what size to order?
Ally tries on every piece live so you can see how it fits on a real person.
We also provide fit notes and a Size Guide on the website.
Can I use store credit on any item?
Yes! Store credit never expires and can be used on anything in the boutique.
Do items sell out fast?
Some do — especially during live sales and early access.
